Case Study: Sparkle Without the Surcharges

The Problem: A first-time seller was ready to launch a premium line of fashion jewelry, but they didn't know Amazon's hyper-specific rules. On top of that, all jewelry—regardless of size—has its own specific rules. Ounces of jewelry against the “800lb Gorilla”

The Fix: We stepped in and bagged every piece of jewelry to Amazon’s specs. We made sure the FNSKU barcodes were placed directly on the outside of the protective pouches for instant scanning, and we packed everything into compliant inner and then master cartons to help increase the likelihood of swift inbounding AKA “Stowing”.

We worked with the customer to iterate through different branding options, ultimately to drive value and conversion on Amazon

The Win: The inventory breezed through Amazon’s receiving dock without a single defect, delay, or surprise manual prep fee. The seller skipped the headaches and got straight to making Prime sales!
